**Job description**

The People & Culture team at Competitive Capabilities International (CCi) is on a mission to deliver human resources support that enables every CCi team member to live their best life at work. We’re seeking a temporary Senior People Partner to help us support the team, in our quest over a four month period, (for maternity leave cover).

As a member of our global team, you will form part of the People and Culture team, whose key role is to enable business success, by enabling each team member to perform at their best.

**About this role**

The Senior People Partner acts as a strategic partner to the Enterprise Functional Leader and his/her division of the organization. The Senior People Partner is responsible for aligning the People and Culture strategy with the overall priorities and goals of the Division, providing guidance and support to leaders on a wide range of people related matters (sometimes working across multiple geographic zones/markets), and playing an integral role in the performance of the People and Culture team.

The Senior People partner is also the country SME, providing advice on country specific information ie compensation, employee relations and legal matters, culture, as well as being responsible for country payroll.

The position reports to the Chief People Office (CPO) with a dotted line to the designated Enterprise Functional Leader.

**Qualifications/Experience/Key Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, commerce, or a related field, or CIPD qualification to Level 7 or equivalent
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in a People Partnering role at a senior level
- Experience working for a global business, ideally within a continuous improvement culture, FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Tech or similar fast paced, ever changing and cutting-edge business.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of current legislation, systems and P&C best practices
- Sound business acumen to contribute meaningfully to the operation of the Division
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation, and to involve and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong leadership skills
- Confidence in leading P&C activities and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Have a real interest in integrated improvement and continuous improvement with a focus on business outcomes.
- Experience of the latest P&C trends, digitally astute, energetic and results driven.
- Enjoy delivering as part of a team.
- Strategic, people loving, motivated and customer service-oriented HR person, comfortable living in the grey.
- An ability to work in a progressive, proactive and an agile way.
- Ability to create amazing, fun experiences for the talented people within the Division.
- Change leadership and presentation skills to facilitate projects and initiatives.
