**Duties**
- Prompt, professional communication with customers.
- Daily incoming and outgoing calls, switchboard operation.
- Reception of visitors.
- Taking messages.
- Day to day administrative duties
- Managing Director, Financial and Personnel Manager’s Diaries.
- Sorting mail delivery and sending to each department and person.
- Make photocopies for production department.
- Giving information and directions to customers.
- Answer other staff phones.
- Reporting faults on telephone system to provider.
- Posting of outgoing mail, and register mail for H R dept.
- Organize food for meetings.
- Typing of minutes
- Assist creditors clerk, Financial Director, Accountant and MD with Ad-Hoc tasks.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Matric
- Preferred 3-5 years’ experience as Receptionist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Female
- Caucasian
- 25 - 35 years of age
- Residing in the Vaal area
**Salary**:
Salary is market related
