Ecommerce Specialist

**Job Overview**:
- Manage all the Groups online platforms and websites.
- Service independent retailers and corporate clients.
**The Person**:
- Degree in Commercial Studies / Marketing and/or Digital Marketing.
- Min 5 years experience in e-Commerce Management.
- Pref experience in managing large corporate accounts and B2B sales.
- Fulfil all e-Commerce related administrative duties.
**The Job**:
- Develop and implement e-Commerce and B2B strategies to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and optimise product listings across different platforms, both international and local e-Commerce platforms.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in their e-Commerce and B2B operations.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient online sales process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Platform Reps and Partners to stay informed about marketplace changes and opportunities.
- Drive innovation in the e-Commerce and B2B operations.
- Manage inventory across different departments, collaborating with finance, planning and distribution teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely order fulfilment.
- Regularly monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track and report online sales.
- Investigate online sales trends and leverage opportunities for growth.
- Continuously research the e-Commerce trends for online platforms.
- Develop and clarify the digital strategy and set immediate and future priorities.
- Upgrade existing digital platforms.
- Identify new digitally savvy initiatives.
- Agree with Directors new fulfilment opportunities.
- Create and drive digital marketing activations.
- Collaborate and work alongside marketing team.
- Service all digital needs across all company brands.
