A well-established automotive dealership, based in Ermelo is seeking a
**Vehicle Sales Manager**, to join their sales department.

This position is regarded as a key management role and will be suited to an experienced manager who has the ability to attract clients; provide excellent customer service; motivate staff; control costs and maintain high levels of sales on an ongoing basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales performance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded
- Taking a hands-on approach in supporting vehicle sales executives to meet their targets
- Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e.g. for pricing), and ensuring these are implemented
- Engaging in active marketing and stock management
- Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff
- Working closely with the vehicle sales team to ensure the dealership meets its new vehicle sales target

**Requirements & Skills needed**:

- Must have at least 3 to 5 years Motor Dealership and PreOwned Vehicle Sales Management experience.
- Grade 12 Qualification essential.
- Valid Drivers License essential.
- Specific brand experience, diploma in Business or Marketing Management will be advantageous.
- Strong asset and stock control skills.
- Must have contactable references.
