The Dispatch Controller plays a key role in ensuring that all stock items are efficiently received, processed, stored and dispatched; providing a brilliant workwear solutions to our customers.

**The main responsibilities of the role include**:

- Ensuring that the Sales Orders are prioritised relevant to urgency and importance for dispatch.
- Running the dispatch note review and selecting the orders to be picked.
- Ensuring that the customisation sheets are included with orders requiring embroidery and this is well communicated.
- Ensure the warehouse/storeroom is kept neat and tidy.
- Ensuring that all processes are followed.
- All dispatch notes that can be invoiced must be invoiced throughout the day.

**The experience we’re looking for**:

- At least 2 years retail experience or experience in a related role is an advantage.
- Relevant tertiary education is an advantage.
- Computer literate; MS Excel, MS Word experience.
- Great organisational skills essential.
- Strong Attention to detail.

- Is fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
