Pickers and Packers

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from shelves according to order sheets or electronic systems.
• Pack items securely and neatly, ensuring that they meet the company's standards.
• Ensure all items are accurately scanned and accounted for before packing.
• Label and prepare packages for dispatch or customer collection.
• Organize stock in the storage area to ensure easy accessibility and efficient picking.
• Collaborate with the stockroom team to maintain an organized and well-stocked environment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products are in excellent condition before packing.
• Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role (picking, packing, or stock handling) is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move boxes or items when needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (preferred).
