Capex Coordinator

**Purpose of the Job**:
To provide co-ordination of the capex & expense projects and processes to optimise Engineering efficiency and to ensure the return on company assets for the division and for effective management of the Plant Maintenance processes.

**What you'll Have done before**:
Baseline
- Have more than 2 years of relevant Engen experience and worked closely with various internal Departments and External Contractors
- NQF7 (Business/Finance/Commerce)
- Worked in a role where queries and enquiries are comprehensively managed and completed
- Able to work and manage your workload independently
- Generally good IT skills with superior knowledge of Excel and SAP R3
- Able to extract, format and analyze reports
- Maximizing Engineering project control by timely processing of requisitions & invoices and to follow up on active orders
- Streamline project expenditure by ensuring the supplier and contractor payments are processed timeously
- Manage inter-departmental queries as well as to ensure the supplier/contractor data base is in place and up to date
- Ensure timely Goods Receipting and settlement of invoices as approved by the Engineers
- Generate and provide relevant reports for the department and ensure that the project files are complete & accessible
Advantageous:
- Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity
- SAP Preventative Maintenance (PM) specific experience
- Understanding basic finance and procurement processes
- Exposure to Petroleum Depots and Terminals.
- Good organizational skills
