Our client within fintech has an exciting opportunity available for a Group Transfer Pricing Manager. You will develop and execute transfer pricing strategies across the group and provide guidance with regard to policies that ensure compliance. If you are well-versed in transfer pricing reach out today

Ensure sufficient and robust transfer pricing documentation and supporting information is in place to manage any future transfer pricing audits.

Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies that meet tax planning goals and overall business objectives.

Ensure compliance with global transfer pricing regulations, including documentation requirements and reporting obligations.

Assist with transfer pricing audits and disputes, including negotiating with tax authorities to resolve issues.

Provide functional support to cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, business development, and tax.

Manage transfer pricing projects across the Group, including transfer pricing planning, documentation, and compliance.

Provide technical transfer pricing advice and guidance to senior management to minimize the company's tax exposure.

Perform transfer pricing analyses, conduct functional analysis interviews, and manage transfer pricing benchmarking studies to determine fair market value for transactions between related entities.

Ensure group entities are implementing Group transfer pricing policies correctly and monitoring the timely booking of intercompany charges

Stay current with global transfer pricing trends and changes in global transfer pricing regulations.

**Skills & Experience**:
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and research skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong knowledge of global transfer pricing regulations and experience with transfer pricing regulations within the Middle East and Africa region.

**Qualification**:
Deg + Honours in Tax/Finance

Masters in Tax advantageous

Minimum 10 Years experience
