Ensure correct documentation and information is in place for Transfer pricing audits

Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies to meet goals

Ensure compliance with regulations, including documentation and reporting regulations

Assist with audits and disputes relating to transfer pricing

Negotiate with relevant tax authorities to resolve issues

Support teams across functions

Management of transfer pricing projects within the group, including planning and compliance

Provide advice and guidance to management pertaining to transfer pricing

Perform analyses and analysis interviews, manage benchmarking studies and determine fair market value for transactions

Ensure entities are implementing Transfer pricing policies correctly

Monitor timely bookings of intercompany charges

Stay up to date with trends and regulations aligned with transfer pricing

**Skills & Experience**:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Tax function in a firm or in commerce

Knowledge of transfer pricing regulations in Africa and Middle East

**Qualification**:
Degree in tax

Honours or Masters in Tax beneficial
