**Job Summary**:
To deliver a high quality of service to all internal and external customers. To adhere to company policies and to behave in a responsible manner at all times.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Order Entry**
- Receive, prepare quotations for customers ensuring the correct prices are used as per agreements where necessary
- Process and edit customer orders to ensure accuracy upon input
- Monitor backorder issues when necessary
- Obtain appropriate authorization for special prices

**Releasing**
- Release all orders not in credit hold. Contact credit control to release all orders held
- Ensure that the items released are the items ordered and are released with the correct delivery documentation.
- Follow up on orders sent to hospitals for OSP’s

**Internal Credits**
- Arrange returns documentation for hospitals and notify the warehouse of the collection of stock
- When stock returned and is in a re saleable condition credit request needs to be completed and given to CSD Manager or CSD Supervisor to credit
- A copy of the original invoice as well as the credit note must be sent to the customer and to Credit Control

**Loans**
- Liaise with sales regarding administration of orders
- Allocate and release back orders when available
- Ensuring all charges are posted correctly

**General**
- Liaise with CSD Manager to interpret policy and progress product availability
- Keep up to date with all filing
- To identify customer needs and ensure the company is represented in a business like manner at all times
- Identify areas of weakness and make recommendations for improvement

**Other Duties and Responsibilities**
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time within the scope of this Job Description and qualified by prior training or experience

- Educated to minimum Grade 12 level or equivalent
- At least 2 years previous Customer services experience preferred
