**Job Description**:
We are seeking a creative and visionary Head of Marketing to fuel our iKGrowth, ignite our iKBrand, and create a marketing sensation for our iKTribe.

**So, what will you do?**
- As the Head of Marketing you will lead a team responsible for building and executing the marketing, brand, and communication strategy. Provide hands-on leadership to all marketing functions within the business. Closely collaborate with Product Management, Sales and Operations.

**In addition to the above, you will**:

- Manage cross-functional marketing ecosystem and teams including, marketing, brand, performance marketing, creative, design and media.
- Manage the overall Brand, Brand Strategy and Marketing Team of resources who execute the businesses growth objectives.
- Partner with the Operations, Sales and Product Management teams will ensure that the conversion of merchants into our ecosystem is optimised.
- Report monthly on the cost of acquisition, channel conversion rates, performance marketing metrics, market share and other relevant metrics.
- Oversee a meticulous budget management.
- Lead and direct the Marketing Functions within the Growth Division.
- Be expected to fully understand the drivers behind each sales channel and contribute meaningfully to improving these.

**Deal breakers**:
At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience with the below:

- In a Marketing/Growth/Acquisition leadership role
- Advanced & proven strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills
- Advanced & proven people management experience
- Solid knowledge of analytics/martech toolsets
- Experience in leading, managing, and optimising growth performance
- Data driven decision maker
- Operational management of an inhouse or agency creative team with a solid understanding of traffic management principals
- Team player that has the desire to jump in and get your hands dirty as needed
- Previous budget and P&L experience
- Highly analytical with critical thinking skills
- Proven success in leading high performing teams.

**Qualifications**:
The following would be advantageous:

- Marketing degree, Honours/MBA preferable.
