**Primary Objective**
- Responsible to keep all relevant documentation up to date
- Responsibilities includes capturing goods received from supplier and third-Party Packers on the system, ensure documentation is filed appropriately
- Requesting and completing documentation for picking of bulk ,components, stationery, finished product and literature
- Ensure all documentation and procedures are adhered to and complete
- Reconciliation of Third-Party packers
- Expected to know company products
- Request ,capture and reconcile 1st ,2nd and 3rd count on all items, within all warehouse locations
**Main Task**
**The role is directly accountable for the following terms, which constitute the main task of the position**
**Warehouse**
- To ensure timeous processing of MFG's. Request pick's reconcile items picked and validating shipments
- Submitting and controlling of outstanding order reports on weekly and monthly basis with the product supply department.
- Need to inform Product supply department of any special orders for stationary issued weekly.
- Reconciliation of packed stock (Tracking)i.e moves, return, batch transfers bad adjustments on a dail basis
- To assist with individual DSC's Stock requests bases on verbal or system reports
- Complete stocktaking process and stock control of all warehouse and third-party packers. Request, capture and reconcile 1st ,2nd and 3rd count of all items ,within all warehouse locations.
- Request warehouse picks according to product supply instruction. Generation form.
- Ensure packing list is compiled correctly.(Codes, description, quantities, batch, expiry date, weights and dimensions)
- Updating of reports daily
- To assist with project as required by the warehouse and distribution manager
- To act on all reasonable instruction given to you by line management
- Daily communication with all department and suppliers
- To perform ad hoc duties from time to time**Inherent Requirements**
**Technical Skills**
- Good understanding of the company business operation will be an advantage
- Timely and accurate reporting
- Must be able to reconcile
- A matric Certificate or post graduate diploma, backed by at least three years relevant experience
- Must have strong problem -solving skills
- EXCEL and WORD proficient
- Knowledge of sage x3 will be an advantage
- Good flair for accounting
- Efficient time management skills and the ability to handle concurrent deadline pressure
