**Learning Consultants**

**About the roles**

**Junior Consultant**:
You’ll be the main point of contact for Global, Regional or Country Leads for all training delivery requirements and will work in support of plans and ongoing training demand identification and delivery planning.

You’ll engage with stakeholders to support definition of capabilities/skills for individual and team needs, and support the proposal of learning solutions based on principles that underpin design/use of face-to-face, digital and social learning.

**What you’ll bring** - you’ll know how to co-create and curate content with SMEs and other learning colleagues into learning journeys and pathways and be familiar with current and future trends in adult learning and motivation. You’ll also have experience of demand planning and deployment gained in a senior administration/co-ordination role; ideally you’ll also be a Foundation CIPD Member.

**Learning Consultant**:
You’ll engage and consult with stakeholders to define capabilities/skills for individual and team needs and recommend learning solutions based on principles that underpin design/use of face-to-face, digital, coaching/mentoring, and social learning.

**What you’ll bring** - previous experience in a similar role, effectively executing learning and performance plans and delivering solutions to meet needs. You’ll know how to create and curate content with SME’s and other learning colleagues into learning journeys and pathways and will be familiar with current and future trends in adult learning and motivation; ideally you’ll also be an Associate CIPD member.

**Senior Learning Consultant**:
You’ll engage and consult with stakeholders around how to create a learning culture and environment for learning; you’ll define capabilities/skills needs and their implications for learning, propose learning strategies and develop an annual learning plan. You’ll integrate current and future trends in adult learning and motivation into your approach and will have overall accountability for demand planning and deployment.

**What you’ll bring** - extensive experience in a learning consultant role, or similar, to effectively create learning and performance plans and deliver solutions to meet needs. You’ll have experience in areas such as Leadership, Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, Employee Health Wellbeing and Business skills. Ideally you’ll also be a Chartered CIPD Member.
