A well established company situated in Wynberg Sandton is looking for an experienced Debtors Manager with an ability to interact directly with customers, come up with a plan to resolve outstanding balances / debts and to act as a liaison between the business and its customers

The role will be to:

- Oversee the company's accounts receivable function
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debt
- Deal with client complaints and queries relating to customer accounts
- Resolve and assist with making plans to repay outstanding debt
- Negotiating payment deadlines or payment plans
- Close a specific number of collection accounts in a specified time to meet targets
- Keeping and maintaining debtors’ book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and up-to-date.

**Experience**
- You should have at least 3 years debtors management experience
- Experience in debt collection
- Able to work after hours where required
- Own reliable transport
- Available immediately

**Requirement**
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Patience and diligence
- Good communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good time management skills
- Previous experience in debt collection
