**Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST**

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and versatile individual to fill a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of an Outbound Representative (utilizing cold calling techniques) and an Account Manager (managing relationships with current clients). This hybrid position offers significant growth and advancement opportunities.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Regularly check in on current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any needs or concerns.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team for a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.

**Requirements**:

- High level of spoken English with mínimal accent.
- Proven track record in cold calling and sales.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to suggest/implement new systems.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Previous experience using ZoomInfo or similar tools for lead generation.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
