We’re Hiring Join Our Team as a Sales Reservationist

We’re looking for a dedicated and driven individual to help us achieve our booking goals and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive bookings and sales for the hotel, surpassing targets
- Handle reservations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide guests with all the info they need about our rooms, rates, and special packages.
- Upsell additional services to maximize revenue.
- Ensure smooth management of our reservation systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every step.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Matric (Grade 12) - essential.
- Fluent in English and at least one other language.
- Proven sales experience - you know how to close the deal
- 1 year experience in hotel reservations/ hospitality sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting targets.
