The Onboarding Specialist's role is to ensure that every unit that Nestify onboards is up to the correct standards and quality. It will suit an individual with a great eye for detail and a passion for home design and comfort. The position will grant valuable experience and exposure. This could be your opportunity to join a high-growth start-up to build yourself and build the company simultaneously. You will be part of a team of onboarding specialists to onboard new properties that homeowners give us to manage.

**Responsibilities (non-concluding)**:

- Time management and coordination of delivering furnishings and orders
- Build relationships and coordinate with the team (Sales & Account Management)
- Support and assist the team with day-to-day operations
- Ordering furniture and being the main point of contact for deliveries
- Forecast solutions to ensure a smooth process with onboarding properties
- Quality control of the units we manage
- Keep up on trends, changes, and competitor actions

**Requirements for the role**:

- Well-spoken English, other languages are a plus
- Ability to work under pressure being calm and composed
- Fast problem solver; being able to seek solutions instantly for any given problem
- Team player; able to work in an environment with cross-cultural colleagues
- Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail
- Understand the value of customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work
- Availability to handle requests at most times including the weekend
- Interior Design experience is a plus

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- property management: 3 years (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (required)
