**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Promote the entire range of Dromex personal protective equipment and workwear through our network of customers by upselling and cross-selling
- On-going relationship building with existing active and non-active customers
- Manage and maintain sales mailbox relevant to customer list
- Preparing sales orders and quotations for existing and new customers
- Process proforma invoices for COD customers
- Capturing of sales orders with corresponding POs
- Generate and maintain a dispatch schedule to track orders that have been invoiced
- Ensure all correspondence with customers is captured and uploaded to Sync
- Attention to detail and awareness of the price list to aid customers efficiently
- Maintain backorders and keep updated with stock availability
- Process “reworks” orders (special logo’s / branding)
- Ensure CADS are approved by the customer
- Process sales order and confirm with customer
- Communicate sales order with Admin to reserve stock.
- Follow up until the goods are ready for delivery and communicate with the customer
- Active communication with PPE Sales representatives on customer orders and updates
- Continuous learning and engagement on product knowledge (trends and changes in product range - new/old)
- Obtain freight costs for customers by using the freight calculator and obtain quotations from freight service provider (Sunrise)
- Assist with the investigation of any missing, damaged or incorrect stock delivered with the respective departments and ensure feedback is provided to customers
- Communicate courier waybill details to customers once dispatched
- Track customer spend in order to monitor and promote sales
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments (accounts, despatch & workwear) re. customers, orders, queries and stock
- Sharing customer feedback and suggest new ways to market products
- Attend and engage in training sessions
- General Ad-hoc duties

Assist sales advisors of work within the department

Assist with switchboard

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
- Diploma and/or degree in Sales/Marketing advantageous
- 3-5 Years of experience in a similar position within Industry (PPE- Workwear)
- 2-5 Years of direct marketing or sales work
- System experience
- Sync
- Understand safety legislation/committee affiliation - SABS & SAIOSH
- Knowledge and ability to train and assess
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and have good negotiation skills
- Strong administrative skills - reading and writing English
- Excellent people and skills to build relations with stakeholders and network
- Innovative approach and customer-focused
- Good planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Must be analytical and efficient
- Attention to detail
- Pro-active and active listening
- Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
