The Operations Administrator will be responsible to manage the operations and stock
administration related to all operational sites

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative duties for 10 Sites (Sites Specific)
- Capturing and Reconciliation of Petty Cash for all sites
- Managing of On-site Assets
- Statutory Training & Certification
- MHE Licensing
- EMP Medicals
- PPE Issuing, returns and management.Purchase Order Management - Ordering of consumables, groceries, etc, MHE servicing, keeping load testing schedules.
- Cellular Accounts management
- Managing the maintenance of facility equipment
- Recycling Capturing and Reconciliation
- Full Stock Control and Management
- Ensuring all relevant inventory/assets are insured.
- Assist with ADHOC tasks

Qualifications and Experience:

- Grade 12/Matric
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- Advanced Studies (Tertiary Diploma/Degree) advantageous
- 2-3 years in an Operational Environment with Administrative experience
