**Our client, a market leader in the IT and Cyber Security Industry, based in Gauteng (Bryanstone), is currently looking to employ an experienced Chief of Staff (EE).**

**Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract.**

**Job Overview**:
The role of Chief of Staff is to support the CEO in driving the company's vision and objectives. This critical role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organisational, analytical, and leadership skills. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in managing key initiatives, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient operations within the CEO's office.

**Requirements**:

- **7 - 10 years of proven experience** in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic role, preferably in the technology industry.
- **Bachelor’s degree in business administration**, Management, or a related field. **MBA preferred**.
- **Valid driver’s license** and **own vehicle** preferred.

**Responsibilities, but not limited to**:
**1. Strategic Planning**:

- Participate with the CEO and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development and decision-making.

**2. Project Management**:

- Create and maintain systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and achieve project milestones.

**3**. **Communication and Liaison**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and review communication materials, including reports, presentations, speeches, and official correspondence.

**4. Executive Support**:

- Act as a right-hand to the CEO, providing support in travel arrangements, calendar management, meeting preparation, taking notes and assuming responsibility for the completion of action items.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to optimise the CEO's time and focus.

- Evaluate and streamline existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure effective decision-making and governance.
