Next Level EMS is a leading fitness studio located in Somerset West. We specialize in providing high-intensity Electro-Muscular Stimulation (EMS) workouts to our clients. Our mission is to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through innovative training techniques and personalized coaching. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our fitness studio and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Position: Manager of Fitness Studio (EMS) Location: Somerset West Availability: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:
Studio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage the scheduling of trainers, fitness sessions, and client appointments.
Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including equipment upkeep and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe workout environment.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of qualified trainers and support staff.
Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.

Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and retain clients.

Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the studio's reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional campaigns and offers.
Monitor sales targets, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.

Financial Management: Manage the studio's budget, including expenses, payroll, and revenue tracking.
Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience (2-3 years) in the fitness industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of Electro-Muscular Stimulation (EMS) training or similar fitness methodologies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using fitness management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, as required.
