**Descriptions**:

- Reticulation of trunking, lighting, plugs.
- Wiring of DB’s main terminations.
- Mounting surface mount equipment.
- Equipment fitting.
- Main DC connections between battery modules.
- Communication terminations. (CANBUS; RS485)
- Fault finding of system.
- Input towards BOMs compliance for each product line
- Technical assistance for all design change
- Building of prototypes
- Quality control for all final products and sign off
- Planning and coordination of Job Cards to be issued from Kits to be received from Stores
- Assist production staff with technical guidance and planning for completion
- Ensure that all job cards has been bundled
- Managing Job Cards for the production of new products. Including the coordination of stock control and purchasing
- Ensure that transfer orders are accepted after verification of the qty and product has been conducted and confirmed.
- Ensure that products are identified and warehoused correctly before any transfer orders are accepted.
- Assist with creating SOPs for production processes.
- Assist with training production staff
- Stock control and management of stock of projects.
- Report shortages on kits supplied and follow up on a regular basis to ensure that all material is delivered to the production floor for production
- Ensure that production processes are conducted in a safe manner and environment and all possible risks eliminated

**Qualifications**:

- Electrician with wireman’s license recommended.
- Production management or project management qualification
- Experience in the manufacturing industry of custom project management
