In this role, you will manage, lead and actively develop, a multi-disciplined team ensuring that the asset is managed, maintained and operated to achieve operational excellence in the areas of safety, quality, cost, production and digital manufacturing.
- Manage dedicated assets.
- Make plan to Implement and monitor programmes/best practices for improving safety, quality, Centerlining, Maintenance, Grade Change Effectiveness, production outputon the dedicated assets.
- Provide daily management on the processes of effectively using raw materials, ensuring continual improvement in the areas of yields and manufacturing waste, effectively mobilizing and utilizing resources on the dedicated assets to ensure fully conformance with all WCM Accountabilities.
- Ensure mill safety, housekeeping, quality practice and other procedures, regulars are followed by LOP and OP.
- Lead all lean activities/programs.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Engineering Background, Minimum NQF level 6 (degree preferred).
- 2-3 years of FMCG experiences in a multinational company in a managerial level. Lean Six Sigma/TPM/Opex Experience is a must. Green Belt is a plus.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, manage, develop and lead others.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a complex business environment.
