**Job Description**:

- Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Identify discipline specific training projects aligned to the disciplines strategy
- Support the formation of business proposals for discipline specific HRD People Development projects
- Coordinate external and internal training courses
- Ensure that the content and presentation of courses are at a professional standard
- Ensure that HRD systems conform to Anglo Platinum policies
- Monitor and trend HRD related statistics and interpret results
- Provide the required control and information systems in place to track the Operation performance from an HR perspective
- Identify opportunities to improve the performance of the Operation HRD function

**This role is in the HR- Human Resources Development Department at a band D1 level role reporting to the HRD Coordinator People Development**

**Qualifications**:

- Two years Training Qualification / Certificate (on NQF level 5) relevant to role

**Experience**:
At least three years discipline specific experience / At least three years’ experience as HRD Officer

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- SAP HR literacy
- Good communications skills
- Reporting skills
