**Job Summary**:
As a pivotal member of our Digital Operating Model, the Scrum Master is instrumental in steering our organization towards becoming a leading digital company. Serving as a servant leader to the technical delivery teams within the Financial Services Division, this role focuses on coaching agile methods, providing support, and facilitating continuous improvement to enhance velocity and team productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Agile Coaching**:

- Coach and mentor technical delivery teams in embracing agile methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptive planning.
- ** Servant Leadership**:

- Act as a servant leader, supporting and enabling the success of the technical delivery teams. Remove impediments and barriers to the team's progress, facilitating a collaborative and empowered working environment.
- ** Risk Management**:

- Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments affecting project delivery. Lead the team and engage with business stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions.
- ** Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other teams and functional partners to ensure alignment and collaboration. Proactively escalate issues when necessary to facilitate prompt resolution.
- ** Communication and Stakeholder Management**:

- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project status, changes, and metrics. Actively gather insights and needs from stakeholders and initiatives to prevent misalignment and roadblocks.
- ** Continuous Feedback**:

- Regularly collect and provide feedback to the team, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. Facilitate retrospectives to identify areas for enhancement and celebrate successes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of agile principles and practices. Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to drive change and foster collaboration. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to identify and address impediments to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
