**Role Overview**:
This role involves leading and guiding multiple Scrum teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and ceremonies. The Senior Scrum Master brings extensive experience and expertise in Agile methodologies to coach development teams, stakeholders, and the business itself on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to foster collaboration, efficiency, and delivery of high-quality software products.

Being a part of a delivery development team is to assist them with impediments, gathering feedback from stakeholders and managing expectations of the delivery roadmap with the support of a BA and Development Team leads.

You will be empowered to help with building development plans and enhance your soft skills through conversations with business leads, sales, customer relationship managers, feedback sessions, and coaching with world class Software Development leaders.

**What you will do**:

- Lead with agility: Serve as a servant leader and agile coach, guiding teams in adopting and embracing agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Facilitate like a pro: Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration and transparency.
- Remove roadblocks: Identify and address impediments that hinder team progress, working collaboratively to find solutions and keep projects on track.
- Coach and mentor: Empower teams and individuals to self-organize, continuously improve, and deliver high-quality results, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Drive continuous improvement: Facilitate retrospectives to reflect on team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration: Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation, promoting open communication, trust, and respect among team members and stakeholders.

**What you need to have**:

- Agile expertise: Deep understanding of agile principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master or agile coach in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong facilitation skills: Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively, keeping teams engaged, focused, and aligned on common goals.
- Problem-solving prowess: A knack for identifying challenges and developing creative solutions that drive continuous improvement and foster team success.
- Excellent communication skills: Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas, facilitate discussions, and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Servant leadership mindset: A commitment to serving and supporting teams, removing obstacles, and empowering individuals to reach their full potentia
- 6+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
