- ERP system experience is essential as well as MS Excel.

- Coordinate and expedite the movement of materials between departments.
- Ensure smooth flow of materials.
- Receiving and storage process

- Liaising with production, planning, and procurement departments on stockouts.
- Creating a storage system for inventory that is orderly, accessible, and includes identifying.

- Reporting on monthly output and services to the production department.
- Reporting on supplier performances and late suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining consignment stock.
- Updating of spreadsheet with deliveries per month.
- Adjusting of stock accurately.
- Capturing of deliveries.
- Movement reports for usage.
- Balancing of stock.
- Sending reports to suppliers.
- Processing and adjustments of consignment invoices.
- Finance documentation.
- Monthly stock take.
- Coordinate and manage the prechecks for stock.
- Ensure the process of stock-taking is done correctly.
- Ensure a clean stock take.
