A company that owns the rights to numerous eco-friendly brands that get distributed to the South African market requires a dynamic and motivated Field Marketer to manage clients in Johannesburg & Pretoria.

The main objective will be to manage clients, ensure stock availability, build strong relationships, and maintain an appealing display of products.

**Requirements**:

- Matric, further education in sales or marketing is advantageous
- Previous experience in a merchandising or sales role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
Client Management:

- Regularly visit pharmacies, health stores, and boutiques to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences, offering appropriate product recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work towards exceeding their expectations.

Stock Management:

- Conduct stock checks on every visit, ensuring sufficient product levels to meet client demands.
- Place replenishment orders (with client sign-off) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the warehouse or distribution team to ensure timely stock delivery.
- Implement effective stock rotation and minimize product expiration risks.

Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Communicate new product releases, promotions, and marketing campaigns to clients.
- Conduct product training in client stores for staff.

Visual Merchandising:

- Ensure products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner in compliance with company standards.
- Implement planograms and guidelines provided by the team.
- Train clients' staff on proper product merchandising techniques.
