Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of sales agents /merchandisers, productivity, and speed of execution. Serve as a company representative to the business channels to enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow to management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies in drive for profitable results and brand awareness along with the sales partners

**Purpose of Role**

This individual will monitor the campaigns, execution, positioning of brands and ensure they form a formidable bridge between the HDCSA and the sales agents/partners.

Brand campaigns with precise implementations for Targeted campaigns and report on the levels of satisfaction from the customer on the sales agents and merchandisers.

Report on the stocking of new listings once available through any of the business channels.

Monitoring of Sales, Budgets and ensuring that we are maximising the opportunities for business within the Region

**Role & Responsibilities**

**Objectives**
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Execution of Sales deals and orders along with replenishment of stock
- Regular use of data monitoring tools to maximize sales and marketing opportunities
- Regularly communicate with management on competitor uptakes and marketing gaps
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets
- Train and supervise staff
- Execution of brand campaigns within the targeted customer base
- Ensures that the sales partners are continuously striving to achieve the monthly/yearly targets
- To ensure the sales agents and merchandisers understand the needs of the company in all aspects of sales execution as well as performing model calls for them to replicate

**Service Level Agreements**

Ensuring Top End Customers are regularly visited according to the stipulated focus set out by Manager, Working on model calls with agencies for all streams of business. Reporting on Customer satisfaction and rewards processes for agents

Increase the number of wellness activities, promotional campaigns, marketing opportunities and working within the specified budgets

Providing Planners and reports to your manager with detailed information to ensure the needs and requirements of the company is maximized

**Teamwork & Collaboration**

Improving the sales relationship between sales agency, product training specialist and yourself. Line of communication to your manager

and maximize the strengths of the team and business partners

**Skills/ Know-How**

Microsoft PPT, excel, word

Matric or equivalent - Smart Certificate/diploma or Marketing/business diploma will advantageous

Product Training experience in FMCG, OTC, Pharma preferred

Previous experience with Dr Detailing Advantageous

Good territory management

Excellent geographical sense of the region and customers
