We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our offshore staffing company. As a leading provider of offshore staffing solutions, we specialize in connecting businesses with highly skilled professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and business growth.
**Job Overview**
Ensure that clients achieve their desired outcomes and remain satisfied with the services of PeoplePartners. This Success Partner function requires a deep understanding of the client’s needs and goals, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies that align with those objectives. This role involves driving revenue growth and promoting client retention. Conduct recruitment clarification interview to help us understand the role that they require. Conduct client onboarding and regular catch ups to gather feedback, identify pain points, and develop solutions to address any issues that arise.
**Responsibilities**:
**Client onboarding** - facilitate onboarding sessions with new clients, ensuring that we set them up for success. Gather data and information about the client’s business, recruitment needs, and familiarize them with PP way processes. Build a positive relationship with the client from the beginning, provide them with a smooth and efficient experience, and ensure their satisfaction with PeoplePartners’ service offerings.
**Recruitment guidance** **- ensure that they fill-in and accomplish the SRF with a detailed position description, tools required and qualifications for every recruitment request.
**Regular catchups** **- schedule regular meetings with the client to ensure that we hear the whispers before the screams and produce a report of the discussion.
**Regular workshops** **- this should be done monthly for the first 6 months and then quarterly thereafter. This is to ensure that we investigate and audit their systems, tools and internal training and educate on best practices.
**Client appreciation** **- ensure that hamper delivery is received.
**Client referrals -** **build client trust and rapport to ensure that clients are happy and confident to give referrals.
**Upselling** **- through every interaction with new or existing clients, explore the vertical divisions to understand if they have staffing requirements in other departments.
**Re-engagement -** **working towards prevention of disengagement of clients and working towards re-engaging clients who have already disengaged.
**Identify key processes** - identify key processes that need optimization while analysing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and determining which areas are in need of improvement.
**Collaborate with process owners** - work closely with Sales & Marketing Team and Support Team to understand points and gather feedback on the existing processes.
