**What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)**

You’re the one taking calls from tenants, understanding and solving their problems, finding suppliers and connecting them to the tenants and following through to ensure the work is completed satisfactorily. You’re responsible for property maintenance, administration and rentals, resource management and backup office support.

**Where you’ll be doing it**

You’ll be joining a dynamic company engaged in a diverse and growing portfolio which includes residential and commercial properties and a 5 acre garden. The Company has a passion for conservation and is actively collaborating with similar minded stakeholders in order to establish significant conservation and heritage spaces in the Durbanville area.

Although it’s a small team of employees, they are making a big difference and are exceptionally passionate about what they do and have been working for the company for many years. They foster a healthy, down to earth working environment and they are big on accountability, communication and collaboration. This is an in office role, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

**What you’ll need**

A minimum of a matric qualification with at least 4 years hands on, property co-ordination experience. We’re looking for someone that’s experienced working in small company, that’s comfortable in an environment where everyone pulls their weight and no job is too small or big to tackle.

You will need to have solid computer skills preference will be given to someone that is familiar working extensively with Google Drive.

You love being hands on, you’re able to juggle a variety of tasks at one time and your “follow through” is strong. You don’t leave any stone unturned to ensure everything is taken care of efficiently and effectively.

You are required to have your own car and drivers license.
