This role is ideal for somebody who has experience within the interior design which includes CAD/Sketchup on an intermediate level with some basic Project Management experience within the design space.

Main Functions and Responsibilities of Position
- Oversee multiple projects, clients and sites.
- Manage cost, commercial matters, quality, resourcing, scheduling and technical matters
- Compile and review contracts, agreements, and SLA’s.
- Project and Programme Management, Contract Administration.
- Co-ordination and integration of activities internally and externally.
- Sourcing of new clients, projects and business activities and conclude contracts with clients.
- Provide technical advice to clients and/or obtain the information from professionals/contractors where needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation -planning and implementation of projects.
- Compilation of Project Hanover documentation.
- Ability to budget and value engineer where required.
- Interior design, space planning and rendering (AutoCAD/Revit)
- Short term rental (Airbnb) management, property preparations, guest and owner interactions and property maintenance management and repairs.
- Manage the project administration and finances of ongoing projects, including payments, meeting minutes, progress reports, budget, maintenance, repairs and refurbishments.
- Assistance with marketing, website and social media presences.
- Produce internal update reports, progress reports, snag lists, facilities management reports

**Requirements**:

- Interior design & Project management experience i.e. Residential & Commercial
- Auto CAD and design experience - Non negotiable
- Own transport with reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills in English & Afrikaans
- Presentable attire.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Project Design: 2 years (preferred)
- Auto CAD: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Durbanville, Western Cape (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Durbanville, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
