Broker Consultant

The Broker Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets across various products and campaigns. The successful incumbent will also be required to sell value added products to customers. An excellent communicator with proven selling skills is required to offer financial solutions to clients.
**Key Functions and tasks**
- Dealer marketing in order to market products.
- Sell insurance products to a wide range of clients.
- Proven ability to assist and provide advisory services to clients to accept products.
- Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise.
- Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets.
- Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst ensuring calls of high quality.
- Ability to handle complaints as well as conflicts telephonically.
- Attention to detail.
- Maintain and develop professional selling skills.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Must be computer literate
- Matric certificate
- RE 5 certificate
- Fais credits
- Class of business for both personal and commercial lines
- 12 months experience
- Excellent negotiating and closing skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Confident and assertive.
Pay: From R7 500,00 per month
