**SALES ASSISTANT - DURBAN**

**Key Purpose**: To provide efficient and professional sales admin support to both

internal sales representatives as well as customers. Ensuring customers are communicated accurately to whilst working actively as part of the sales team to increase and enhance the level of service and adding value to the team

**Report to**: Operations/Sales Manager

**Responsible for**: Sending reports to clients, pre-prints, Ad hoc duties

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- 2-3 years of admin experience required

**Accountable for**: Your key tasks reflect your contribution to achieving the departments

objectives Including:

- Internal and customer communication
- Quality of work with attention to detail
- Supporting needs and expectations

**Key Tasks**:

- Administrative support to meetings & events internal sales team
- Sales support and update reports required on Freightware
- Daily, Weekly, and monthly reporting
- Collation of data and reports required by the Sales Team
- Marketing support where required
- Audit Freight Reports from prospective clients

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chloorkop, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
