We need someone with a keen eye for detail, in terms of making sure that everything on the Conference floor is in tip top condition - from the tissue box being in the ladies bathroom to the set-up of the am/pm break refreshments and snacks on the tables outside each venue, ensuring that a round table cloth is not used on a square table, etc, etc. Someone to really oversee the floor and that everything runs smoothly, attending to clients, making sure that they are getting everything that they would expect from us. We need a person that has extensive experience in the above specifically. The 2nd part of this role would be to assist our Conference & Events Manager with admin as and when needed, but this would be secondary to the above.

Well groomed, professional, presentable, great communication skills, warm, caring personality, attention to detail, ability to multitask, also good admin skills. Must be able to work shifts as and when needed, own car preferred.

R15K + Risk Cover.
