Senwes Equipment is looking for a Wholegoods Marketer responsible to optimize existing market share and develop new markets, through effective marketing and sales of agricultural equipment

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB**
- Understanding of customer needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Compile budgets annually and monitor progress against set budgets.
- Compile financial forecasts.
- Completion of sale logistics, sales admin and delivering reports.
- Conduct market research.
- Develop and execute marketing plan components.
- Maintain existing and expand new markets by conducting:

- Farmers 'days
- Customer clinics
- Demonstrations
- Information days and presentations
- Visits - Individual or grouped customers
- Advertising and merchandising
- Execute sales according to sales plan:

- Pre-selling - Obtain deposits.
- Day-to-day sales
- Completion of sales transactions
- Evaluate and resell second hand trade-ins (market value)
- Attend formal integrated meetings/sessions.
- Perform after sales service and after sale contact.
- Ensure delivery of products according to prescribed principles.
- Manage new and second-hand stock logistics per branch.
- Conduct monthly stock counts and arrange internal transfers.
- Manage goods received - shortages and damages and quality of stock on hand.
- National Senior Certificate
- 3-5 years Mechanisation Equipment Marketing experience
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills to interact positively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry contacts to facilitate business opportunities.
- Take ownership of tasks, demonstrate reliability, and follow through on commitments to deliver excellent service.
- Thoroughness and accuracy in tasks
- Skill in resolving conflicts or disagreements professionally and diplomatically to maintain positive relationships.
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge, skills, and technologies to adapt to evolving job requirements and industry trends.
