Compliance/clearance Clerk

**The following is required for the position**:

- Minimum level of education: Grade 12
- Must be committed to self-excellence and exceptional service delivery
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (read, write & speak)
- Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Must be able to multi-task
- Applicant must be able to work after hours when required
- Must have experience in Pastel
- Previous experience with WeConnectU - advantageous
- Previous experience in Sectional Title industry - advantageous
- Salary dependent on experience

- Preparation and distribution of the levy clearance figures & certificates
- Assisting clients with general queries.
- Taking phone calls and assisting the client.
- Assisting the accounts department with overflow queries.
- Loading budgets onto Pastel/WeConnectU.
- Loading utilities onto each clients account (CSVs).
- Ensuring that the municipal accounts have been downloaded and are handed to the payments clerk prior to the payment due date.
- Attending to the fire compliance at each scheme.
- Liaising with the appointed Auditors to ensure that all tax returns, annual returns, and the like are submitted timeously.
- Ensuring the annual/tax returns are paid.
- Ensuring that each client is registered for tax.
- Any other functions as may be required from time to time.

**Salary**: From R4 000,00 per month
