Debtors Clerk

The Finance department has an opportunity for an Debtors Admin Clerk to join the business in a 3-month temporary contract. Your knowledge of debtors administration with sound hands-on administration abilities are key requirements for the successful incumbent. This is a fast paced, think-on-your-feet environment.

**Job specification**:

- General filing
- Sending invoices and statements to customers
- Contacting customers for collections
- Month end recons
- Daily receipt capturing
- Review customer limits
- Tasks related to debtors

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with mathematics
- A post matric qualification will be advantageous
- Must be computer literate
- Excel skills and the ability to learn (at an intermediate level)
- At least 2-4 years’ experience with **debtor administration**:

- Knowledge of Crystal and SAGE will be advantageous
