- **
- Leadership and Vision: Strategic Planning, Decision Making;
- Curriculum Management: Curriculum Development, Instructional Leadership (guiding and supporting Teachers in delivering the curriculum effectively;
- Staff Supervision and Development: Hiring and Training, Performance Evaluation, Professional Development;
- Student Affairs: Student Discipline and Conduct, Academic Support and Guidance, Extracurricular Activities and Student Engagement, Parental Involvement;
- School Operations and Administration: Budget Management, Facility Management, Safety and Emergency Planning, Administrative Issues;
- Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Previous experience as a School Principal;
- Knowledge of School administrative processes and national educational regulations;
- Attention to detail;
- Great presentation and communication skills;
- Ability to coach and inspire;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Self motivated, belief in the necessity of high behaviour expectations and consistency in upholding those expectations.
- Master's Degree.
