**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Education**:Minimum Grade 12
- **Passion for Automobiles**: Genuine interest and enthusiasm for cars and the automotive industry.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: A customer-first mindset with a focus on providing outstanding service.
- **Driven and Goal-Oriented**: Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to achieve sales targets.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- **Integrity**: Demonstrated ethical conduct and respect for customers and colleagues.
- **Valid Driver's License**: A current and valid driver's license is required for this position.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, especially in the automotive industry, would be advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As a Vehicle Sales Cadet, you will undergo comprehensive training to become proficient in selling vehicles while providing exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- **Product Knowledge**: Gaining in-depth knowledge of the vehicles in our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively showcase and highlight their advantages to potential customers.
- **Sales Techniques**: Learning and implementing effective sales strategies to build relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying process.
- **Customer Service**: Delivering outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring customers feel valued and informed throughout their vehicle buying journey.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, such as referrals, cold-calling, and networking events.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conducting engaging and informative vehicle presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting the unique selling points of each model.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Mastering negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers and successfully closing sales deals.
- **Sales Administration**: Assisting with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
