Vehicle Sales Cadet - Roodepoort, West Rand, Gauteng

Our Client who is a large Automotive Group in SA and has a position available at one of their dealerships in Roodepoort, for a young and energetic individual/graduate who is passionate about pursuing a career in the Automotive Industry at a well-established premium brand.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Sales, Communication Sciences or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Must reside within 35km of the Dealership
- Must not have been registered with a YES program or initiative within the last 12 months
- Able to start at a short notice
- Computer literate

About you:

- Want to be part of a dynamic, competitive, and fast paced industry and team.
- Want to establish a long-term career in the exciting and fast paced Motor Retail Sales Sector.
- Be willing to learn and be trained as a sales professional in Auto Dealerships sector.
- Be willing to complete training modules and assignments.
- Be willing to be coached and mentored.
- Be willing to work motor retail dealership hours.
- Be Target driven.
- Have excellent customer services and people skills.
- Be passionate about cars and the motor industry.
- Be able to quickly acquire product knowledge quickly.
- Have a good marketing personality.
- Be able to work towards multiple deadlines.
- Have good administration skills

**Salary**:
R5 500 basic salary PM + Commission on vehicles sold
