**Purpose of the Role**

Through consistent, effective, and professional engagements, you will work with lodges and other accommodations within the African regions to list their offerings on a booking platform.

**Key areas of responsibility**
- Maintain a sound understanding of global travel trends, to sell the benefits to the lodge.
- Maintain professionalism and expert knowledge.
- Listen to the customer’s needs and wants and handle the questions and objections professionally.
- Ensure that information is entered accurately, and the terms and conditions are fully understood by the customer.
- Handle calls and answer questions effectively, efficiently, and honestly
- Provide fair, accurate, timely and understandable information to avoid errors, omissions, or misunderstandings.
- Compliance to call flows / script outlines and strategy (e.g., tone, mannerism, knowledge and benefits of service offering)
- Ensure all listings are accurately captured on the system.

**Requirements of the role**
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Multilingual agent - English + other language
- Customer service centric
- 1 + years’ experience in the Travel and Tourism industry
- Goal and target orientated.
- Strong Objection handling, negotiation, and business acumen skills.
- Good networking and rapport building capabilities.
- Attention to detail and accurate data capturing.

**Salary**: From R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
