**Company Description**:
Our client specializing in the construction, development, and maintenance of sports facilities including fields with natural and artificial turf is recruiting for a **Landscaping Maintenance Sales Consultant**. This position is based in the **East** **Rand**.

**Job Summary**:
As a Landscaping Maintenance Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales for our landscaping maintenance services. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their landscaping needs, and presenting tailored solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of landscaping practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse competitor offerings and pricing to position our services competitively.
- Work closely with clients to address their specific requirements and concerns in proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new business.
- Create detailed and customized proposals outlining the scope of landscaping maintenance services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our landscaping maintenance services.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of landscaping projects.

**Qualifications**:

- A grade 12 ( A degree in Business will be advantageous)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales

**Skills & Competencies Required**:

- Strong knowledge of landscaping maintenance practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
