Property Marketing and Sales Executive Co-ordinator

**Descriptions**:
The position will be responsible for the whole process from implementing a marketing campaign to proactively completing each sale and will report directly to the developer.
It will fulfil the co-ordinating function between the Advertising Agency, Leads generated, inhouse Estate Agents, External Agencies, bond originators/bank, conveyance attorneys up to final sale and occupation.
Reasearch, Develop & Manage marketing campaigns and budgets
Manage sales leads, KPI’s and analysis
Manage external sales agencies
Manage documentations, sales conditions and bond originators
**Qualifications**:
Will be well versed in the process required for the transfer of properties
Have knowledge of property contracts and property sales agreements and able to interpret the detail there-off.
Worked with and have a good understanding of bond originators/ bank requirements for loans.
Have experience and able to develop an overall marketing strategy for selling the units of the property development.
Have experience in assigning and co-ordinating inhouse Estate Agencies to sell the units of the development.
Have good Excel and systems experience analysing and interpreting data.
Worked with and have a good understanding of Homeowners’ Associations and other property constituencies.
Be outstanding in organising and meticulous at administration.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
