General management of store

Managing a staff compliment of 10+ staff members

Customer Care

Sales and Marketing

Debtors

Stock control

Opening and closing of shop

Roster control

Delegating duties to staff members

Desired Experience & Qualification
Proficient in MS Office

Beneficial qualifications for this position
- Management / practice management qualifications;
- Accounting qualifications;
- Sales and marketing qualifications;
- Hospitality management qualifications; or
- Nursing qualifications.

Previous experience in the following positions / industries is essential
- Management positions;
- Floor management positions;
- Hospitality management i.e., hotel / guest house / restaurant managers;
- Medical industry i.e., nursing industry; or
- Practice managers of doctors.

Proven experience managing a big staff compliment is essential

Must be willing to work retail hours

Even though it is retail hours, the work week will vary between Mondays and Sundays (depending on the rosters set out to accommodate all personnel).
