Our client based in Durban is looking for an all rounder who can join their team as a financial administrator.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Basic bookkeeping functions.

Invoicing.

Debtors follow up.

Payroll processing.

General office administration.

Answering the telephone.

Courier coordination and collection.

Liaising with both the company's industrial and private customers.

Customer site visits.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric

At least 5 years in a financial administrator role.

Relevant tertiary qualification would be an added advantage.

Microsoft Office proficient.

Have a driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

Willing to work through December as this is the company's busiest period.

Person needs to be confident, willing to accept responsibility, get involved in all aspects of the business and be self-managed.
