**Business Need/Purpose of Role**:
The Regional Health and Wellness Administrator will be responsible for all administrative duties in line with the business Health and Wellness strategy.

**Job Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Registered Health Practitioner

High Level of computer literacy

Valid driver’s license

**Minimum Experience**:
5 - 8 years health practitioner experience

Knowledge of occupation health practices

Solid knowledge of occupational health administration, including the management of occupational injuries and illnesses

**Key Tasks**:
Responsible for all clinic administrative functions such as scanning, filing and archiving of physical records and storing of digital records.

Ensure document control is maintained.

Provide support and liaise with employees and management to resolve health issues and queries.

Provide prompt feedback to HR with regards to ill health and wellbeing matters.

Liaise and follow up with all Africa and Middle East (AME) sites on health and wellness matters to obtain and collate data (follow up on medicals, vaccinations etc).

Manage and control the issuing of travel and COVID medical bags and refreshing of contents.

Assist to coordinate and arrange for travel medicals such as vaccines and prophylaxis.

Make the necessary arrangement for long term ill health employees to return to work.

Measuring and monitoring medical surveillance programme across the AME Region.

Assist HR to make arrangement for pre and exit medicals across the AME region.

Keep record and compile statistics related to medicals, antigen testing etc. as required and provide feedback to management.

Collate health and wellbeing data to prepare month end reports from all AME sites.

Capturing of data on digital systems where required.

Assist with the management of accident claims and follow up through Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA).

Obtain quotes and assist with procurement of medical supplies, manage orders and follow up on invoice payments.

Manage and reconcile financial payments.

Liaise with and coordinate with service providers for the provision health and wellbeing.

Maintain and update employees’ medical records and information after completion.

Assist with coordination and planning of Wellness activities.

Adhere to HSE and Housekeeping requirements on site.

Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times.

**Minimum Skills/Abilities**:
Knowledge of health and safety regulations/Deadline-oriented, punctuality, task driven and self-motivated/Customer focused/Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information/Ability to work effectively in a team/Good communication skills at all levels/Ability to work well under pressure/Excellent computer skills and competency to work on databases, MS office suite packages/Accurate minute taking of meetings and discussions/Problem solving skills and solutions driven/Willingness to travel and work flexible hours where required#minerals
