Your creativity will shine as you develop content strategies that align with the institution's educational goals, catering to a diverse audience interested in religious studies. Whether it's writing thought-provoking blog articles, creating narratives for compelling videos, or curating content for social media, you will contribute to fostering a digital space where theological discussions thrive. By exploring and highlighting the nuances of African Theology, Asian Theology, Environmental Theology, and other specialized areas, you will contribute to the global dialogue on religion and spirituality from an evangelical perspective.

In this role, your ability to think critically, understand theological concepts deeply, and communicate effectively will be paramount. You'll collaborate with theological experts and the marketing team to ensure that your content reflects the institution's mission and ethos. **Responsibilities and Duties**
- _Content Creation_: Develop compelling content across various digital platforms, including blog articles, social media posts, videos, and newsletters, focusing on the theological areas outlined in our curriculum.
- _Collaboration: _Work closely with the STS Staff Team, Global Strategic Communications Team, and theological faculty experts to align content strategies with the goals and mission of the institution.
- _Multimedia Production:_ Create narratives for visually appealing and shareable multimedia content, ensuring that it resonates with our diverse audience.
- _Community Engagement: _Foster a sense of community engagement by encouraging discussions, feedback, and sharing of theological insights among our online audience.
- _Adaptability:_ Stay adaptable and responsive to emerging digital trends and technologies, ensuring that our content remains fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (minimum), Master's degree (preferred) in writing, communication, marketing, or related field of study area from a recognized university (preferably an evangelical, Christian university).
- Must also have a background in theological studies with a Master's degree in theological studies from an evangelical university or seminary.
- Strong understanding of theological concepts and a passion for exploring religious studies.
- Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator, preferably in an educational or Christian ministry context.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Creativity, innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital content.
