**Sales and Marketing Executive - Business Development**

Join our dynamic team at a leading outsourced catering provider as we expand our reach and bring innovative catering solutions to both the public and private sectors.

**Role Overview**:
As the Sales and Marketing Executive, you will take on a crucial leadership role in driving the company's growth. Unlike large corporates, you won't have an expansive team behind you. Instead, you'll be the driving force, executing all aspects of new business, sales, and marketing. This means you'll wear many hats - from managing our online presence, including our website and social media, to crafting content for tenders, and from chasing leads to ensuring we retain our valued contracts. You'll also handle office-related administrative tasks, work closely with the Operations and Sales Director, and lead key initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively discover, qualify, and nurture leads.
- Draft compelling proposals and responses to tenders.
- Engage in both written and verbal presentations to potential clients.
- Oversee and manage the company's online presence, including website updates and social media engagements.
- Craft content to bolster our proposals and support our marketing initiatives.
- Assist in retaining contracts by forging strong relationships and delivering consistent value.
- Handle essential administrative tasks related to new business acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Sales Director, ensuring the alignment of strategies and actions.
- Lead key initiatives, bringing innovative ideas to the table to generate new business opportunities.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Goal-driven with a sharp focus on outcomes.
- Keen attention to detail, taking pride in every task.
- Team-oriented yet capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Possesses a valid driving license and open to travel.
- Proactive, willing to take initiative, and work under tight deadlines.
- A forward thinker with the ability to brainstorm and lead new business-generating ideas.
