Administrator/bookkeeper

Opportunity for a half-day Administrator/Bookkeeper to join an established interior design studio based in Umhlanga.
Hours of work 8.30 - 2pm
**Basic requirements for the role**:
- Must have a drivers license to utilise company car for any company related trips.
- Interior background or flair/passion for interiors ideal
- Experience working with google sheets.
**Daily tasks**:
- Prepare supplier payments to be made
- Record client payments
- Keep track of payments on statements
- client & supplier
- Prepare monthly transaction sheets / Vat sheets for accountant
- Invoicing - generate, send and following up on all client invoices
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Order tracking
- Coordination of supplier deliveries / collections
- Coordination of deliveries to clients / collections
- Overall office administrative role
